No rain expected on Monday as dry weather prevails and temperatures dip slightly

There is no chance of rain anywhere in the country on Monday (October 19), according to the Bangladesh Meteorological Department. The weather is expected to remain mainly dry throughout the day.

In its forecast, the Met Department said the weather across the country may stay mainly dry, with a temporarily partly cloudy sky. In other words, clouds may drift across the sky, but no rainfall is expected from them.

The forecast also signals a change in temperature. Day and night temperatures may fall slightly across the country, the department said.

This slight falling trend in temperature will apply to all regions of the country, according to the forecast. Temperatures may stay a little lower during the day, and night temperatures may also edge down compared with before.

On this rain-free, dry day, the forecast mentions no major weather-related disruption to outdoor work or travel. Even with a partly cloudy sky, the weather across the country will remain mainly dry.

The Meteorological Department publishes updated forecasts at regular intervals. In this forecast for Monday as well, the department has presented its observations on three points: rain, temperature and the state of the sky.

According to the forecast, the two most notable features of Monday are the absence of any chance of rain anywhere in the country, and a slight fall in both day and night temperatures.

The department's next bulletins will show what change comes next in the weather. For now, this forecast of dry weather and slightly lower temperatures is the Met Department's latest message for Monday.
