Bogura Army Medical College to recruit 8 teachers and officers, applications open until November 30

Bogura Army Medical College, run by the Bangladesh Army, has published a recruitment notice. A total of eight teachers and officers will be appointed in different departments of the institution, according to the notice.

Applications have already opened, the notice says. Interested candidates can apply until November 30, 2026, and must complete the application in the prescribed form within the stipulated time.

At the top of the list is a post of professor or associate professor in the Pathology department, where one person will be appointed. One assistant professor post in the same department has also been announced.

One post at professor, associate professor or assistant professor level will be filled in the Medicine department, and another post at the same level in the General Surgery department.

In addition, one registrar post in General Surgery, one assistant registrar post in Medicine and one assistant registrar post in Paediatrics will be filled. In all, the notice describes eight posts.

On educational qualifications and experience, the notice says candidates must meet the requirements on qualifications, experience and publications set by the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC), and must hold a valid BMDC registration.

The age limit is a maximum of 60 years for the professor post, 55 years for associate professor and 52 years for assistant professor. For registrar, assistant registrar and office assistant posts, the maximum age is 35 years.

The application fee is Tk 1,500 for professor, associate professor and assistant professor posts, Tk 1,000 for registrar and assistant registrar posts, and Tk 500 for the office assistant post.

On how to apply, the notice says interested candidates can collect the application form from the designated link, fill it in and then send the application by post to complete the process.

Applications must be sent to 'Chief Executive Officer, Army Medical College Bogura, Bogura Cantonment'. Ensuring the application reaches the address on time is the candidate's own responsibility.

On pay, the notice says appointees will receive salary according to the institution's own pay structure. No separate grade or amount has been mentioned in the notice.
