HSC Examination Results to Be Published on 29 October

The results of the HSC examination will be published on 29 October. For students who have been waiting for their results since the examinations ended, the wait is set to end on that very day.

Every year, there is great interest among students and guardians surrounding the results of the HSC and equivalent examinations. Preparation for the next stage — admission to higher education — depends on these results.

With the publication date announced, students are now counting the days. The results are especially important for students preparing for admission to universities and other higher education institutions.

Usually, on results day, crowds of students gather at educational institutions and joy and excitement are seen among successful candidates. A similar atmosphere is expected on 29 October this year as well.

After the results are published, students will be able to learn their results through their respective educational institutions and the relevant education boards. Instructions regarding the opportunity to apply for re-scrutiny of results are also usually given after publication.

Students and guardians have been advised to collect the results patiently on the designated day. Whatever the outcome, it is always said that planning for the next stage of education should be done with a calm mind.

All eyes are now on 29 October. With the publication of the results on that day, the long wait of this year's HSC candidates will come to an end.
