Houthis claim missile strike on Saudi defence ministry in Riyadh, spokesman Sari also claims attack on Ras Tanura refinery

Yemen's Houthis have claimed an attack targeting Saudi Arabia's defence ministry in the capital Riyadh. Houthi military spokesman Yahya Sari made the claim in a post on X on Tuesday.
Sari claimed the Houthis fired a ballistic missile at the defence ministry and that it hit its target directly. He said, 'Our armed forces fired a ballistic missile at their defence ministry in the Saudi capital Riyadh, which hit the target directly.'
Saudi Arabia had earlier said it had intercepted two missiles fired by the Houthis. News agency AFP reported that the sound of explosions was heard in the Saudi capital on Tuesday.
The Houthis also claimed an attack on Ras Tanura, Saudi Arabia's largest oil refinery. The refinery is located in the Gulf region west of the Strait of Hormuz.
Sari said they fired a ballistic missile at the refinery, causing a fire there. However, the Saudi authorities have not confirmed this attack.
