Former police officer Beau Lamarre-Condon has returned to the witness box for a second day of evidence in a double murder trial in Sydney, Australia. He is on trial in the New South Wales Supreme Court accused of shooting Jesse Baird and Luke Davies.

Lamarre-Condon told the court his relationship with Baird was not exclusive. He said they were doing things that couples do, including getting dinners and spending time together, but that he was still seeing other people at various points during his time with Baird.

The 31-year-old has pleaded not guilty. He is accused of murdering Baird and Davies with his police service weapon in Baird's Paddington home on 19 February 2024.

He has denied two counts of murder and one charge of aggravated break and enter.

He began giving evidence the previous day and returned to the witness box in the morning to continue.

The trial before Justice Natalie Adams continues before a jury, and Lamarre-Condon's evidence has not yet concluded.
