We are running the ministry with education cadre officers who do well in administration: education minister

Education and Primary and Mass Education Minister Dr A N M Ehsanul Hoque Milan has said the education ministry is being run with BCS general education cadre officers who are doing well in administrative work.
He said this on Sunday (8 November) while joining online as chief guest at the closing and certificate distribution ceremony of the orientation training course for 45th BCS (general education) cadre officers, organised by the National Academy for Educational Management (NAEM) at the Rural Development Academy (RDA) in Bogura.
The education minister said: "You have come to education administration willingly. In the coming days, you will have to take on administrative responsibilities. This year, a maximum of 25 of you have joined the BCS administration cadre."
He said those who are doing well in administrative work in various activities of the education ministry are being given responsibilities, and that is how the ministry's work is moving forward.
The minister added: "We want to take the education ministry forward through creativity. In the coming days, the country's education system must be taken forward in line with the prime minister's aspirations."
He said no one will be sent directly to the classroom without orientation training, which is why this short training programme was organised.
Certificates were distributed at the closing ceremony of the orientation course organised for the new officers of the 45th BCS (general education) cadre.
The programme was held at the Rural Development Academy (RDA) in Bogura, organised by the National Academy for Educational Management (NAEM).
The education minister joined the event online and addressed the new officers, asking them to be ready to take on administrative responsibilities.
