Rays take walk-off momentum into Game 5 after stunning 12th-inning World Series comeback

The Tampa Bay Rays won Game 4 of the World Series with a dramatic comeback in the 12th inning. The Rays, who had lost the first three games and had their backs against the wall, are back in the series with the win, although the Milwaukee Brewers still lead the series 3-1.
The familiar Brewers pattern was visible through the game. When the other team scored, the Brewers responded with a bigger punch and then turned to a bullpen that has been elite all postseason. This time, however, Milwaukee finally stumbled.
In the top half of the 12th inning, a home run by Cooper Pratt put the Brewers ahead again and close to victory.
In the bottom half, the Rays' Junior Caminero hit a sharp ball to third. Thanks to a throwing error, Caminero reached first base and the Rays started the inning with a runner on.
The next hitter, Liam Hicks, hit a ball that found a hole, and Caminero made it to third. Then DeLuca singled to centre and tied the game.
Chandler Simpson hit another single, but it was not deep enough to score a run.
A pinch hitter then chopped a ball over Jake Bauers' head, and the Rays walked off with the win. The Rays got four hits in the inning, after managing only five hits in the first 11 frames.
Before Game 5, Brewers manager Pat Murphy discussed the extra-inning Game 4 loss and preparing for the next game. A win tonight would close out the World Series for the Brewers, while the Rays hope yesterday's win leads to another one today.
Jacob Misiorowski will take the mound for the Brewers in Game 5. In the regular season he was 16-5 and led the Majors in ERA, strikeouts and WHIP.
Misiorowski has not quite been unhittable in the playoffs, but he has been very good. In 13.1 innings this postseason he has allowed four earned runs on 13 hits and five walks, with 14 strikeouts.
The game is a big test for the 24-year-old Misiorowski. This is the first time any team has had the opportunity to face him a second time this postseason, so his arm should not be tired.
