As-Sunnah Foundation offers free mobile and motorcycle servicing in Aftabnagar and North Badda

Staff Reporter

The As-Sunnah Foundation, led by Shaykh Ahmadullah, is providing free mobile phone and motorcycle servicing. So far the organisation has serviced more than 2,800 mobile phones and more than 500 motorcycles free of charge.

Under the foundation's initiative, ordinary people can get their mobile phones and motorcycles serviced without any service charge. Trained students are providing the services under the supervision of skilled technicians. The service is open to everyone.

Mobile servicing is available every day from 10am to 5pm at the As-Sunnah Foundation's main office in Aftabnagar.

However, while no charge is payable for the mobile servicing itself, if parts such as a battery, display or charging port need to be replaced, the customer must bear that cost. The foundation has said it plans to keep the programme running for the long term.

Separately, the As-Sunnah Foundation has organised a free servicing camp for motorcycle users. Alongside those who use motorcycles for Uber, Pathao and food delivery work, ordinary bikers can also take this service.

In the motorcycle servicing programme, students of the professional motorcycle technician course are doing the servicing work alongside skilled technicians. Motorcycles can be serviced with no service charge, but if necessary parts or engine oil need to be changed, the customer must pay the related cost.

Motorcycle servicing is being provided every day from 9:30am to 5pm at the As-Sunnah Skill Development Institute in Satarkul, North Badda.

Those interested in motorcycle servicing must register online. After verification of the information in the registration form, service recipients will be informed of their schedule by phone, As-Sunnah said.
