The convoy of the 11 parties' Khulna-Kushtia-bound long march has crossed Gopalganj under tight security from law enforcement agencies.
The long march convoy crossed Gopalganj between 12 noon and 12:30 pm on Saturday.
Strict security measures were seen around the long march to prevent any untoward incident. Alongside the regular police force and the Detective Branch, a large number of armed police were deployed across Gopalganj.
