Tribunal summons Barrister Fuad over 'sacks of transactions' remark, orders appearance on Nov 4

The court has summoned Barrister Mohammad Asaduzzaman Bhuiyan Fuad, general secretary of the Amar Bangladesh Party (AB Party), over allegations of making adverse remarks about the trial process and verdicts at the International Crimes Tribunal.
On Sunday (November 1), International Crimes Tribunal-1 issued the order on its own initiative (suo motu). Fuad has been asked to appear in person on November 4 to explain the allegation.
It is alleged that Fuad recently made adverse remarks about the tribunal's trial process at an AB Party event. There he said, 'Transactions are happening here in sacks.'
It was in the context of this remark that the tribunal summoned him on its own initiative.
Prosecutor Gazi MH Tamim confirmed the order summoning Barrister Fuad.
