Public Administration Training Centre to hire 39 people in 9 categories, applications open until November 7

The Bangladesh Public Administration Training Centre has published a recruitment notice. A total of 39 people will be appointed in nine categories, ranging from grade 9 to grade 20.

According to the notice, applications opened on October 17. Interested candidates can apply online until 4pm on November 7.

The educational qualifications for the posts include bachelor's or master's degrees in public administration, political science, economics, sociology and related subjects. Another post requires a bachelor's or equivalent degree in computer science, computer science and engineering, electrical and electronics engineering, or information and communication technology-related subjects.

One post requires a diploma in automobile engineering from a polytechnic institute along with three years of experience. Another post requires a bachelor's degree in statistics or mathematics and at least two years of experience in the relevant field.

For posts open to HSC graduates, one requires shorthand speeds of 45 words per minute in Bangla and 70 in English, and computer typing speeds of 25 words per minute in Bangla and 30 in English. Another post requires computer typing speeds of 20 words per minute in both Bangla and English.

For posts open to those who have passed the SSC or an equivalent examination, one makes a valid driving licence mandatory along with three years of experience. For another post, passing the SSC or an equivalent examination is sufficient to apply.

On age, the notice says a candidate must be between 18 and 32 years old on October 15, 2026.

The application fee must be paid through a Teletalk pre-paid SIM. The fee is Tk 223 for posts 1 to 3, Tk 112 for posts 4 to 8, and Tk 56 for post 9.

The notice says candidates wishing to sit the examination can fill in the application form through the link on the institution's designated website.
