The final examination result for recruitment to the Bangladesh Police's cadet ASI (unarmed) post has been published. In the list released by Police Headquarters, 2,000 candidates have been primarily recommended against district-wise vacant posts. A waiting list of candidates has also been published.

Police Headquarters announced the information in a notice on Tuesday (November 3). This is the result of the 2026 cadet ASI (unarmed) recruitment.

The notice said candidates were selected on the basis of the results of the written and psychology tests and the intelligence and viva voce examinations held for the recruitment. Those who passed those stages were primarily recommended according to district-wise vacancies.

The primarily recommended candidates will next have to take a medical examination. The examination will be held at the Central Police Hospital in Rajarbag, Dhaka.

The date and schedule of the medical examination have not yet been announced. The notice said the information will be published on the Bangladesh Police website and also sent by SMS through Teletalk Bangladesh Limited to candidates' registered mobile numbers.

Candidates can view the result and further instructions from the recruitment information section of the Bangladesh Police website. Once the medical examination schedule is published, they will have to attend on the specified dates.
