Ticket sales are expected to rise further in the coming days because of the Diwali holiday.

Meanwhile, director Shankar has praised the film after watching it. Sharing his reaction on X, he described 'Ramayana' as an extraordinary visual spectacle, adding that he had never seen such visuals in Indian cinema before.
Shankar praised the film's VFX, filmmaking, music and sound design. He said Yash's performance particularly caught his attention, noting that he looked good in every scene and calling him a compelling villain. He also wished Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi well.
The two-part epic, produced by Namit Malhotra, was reportedly made on a total budget of around 4,000 crore rupees.
The first part's story ends after Sita's abduction and Jatayu's death. Ram vows to find Sita and reunite with her at any cost, setting the stage for the epic war of the second part.
Whether the film's earnings will grow further during the Diwali festive holiday is now the question to watch. With its business success in the first two days, 'Ramayana: Part 1' has already become the centre of discussion.
