Dhaka South City Corporation to hire for 18 posts, applications open until November 26
Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) has published a recruitment notice for 18 posts in the ninth and tenth grades. Interested candidates can apply online until November 26.
According to the notice, 18 people will be hired across six types of posts. Nine assistant engineers will be taken in the ninth grade and nine sub-assistant engineers in the tenth grade.
Six assistant engineers (civil), two assistant engineers (electrical) and one assistant engineer (mechanical) will be hired. All three posts are in the ninth grade, with a pay scale of 22,000 to 53,060 taka.
Five sub-assistant engineers (civil), one sub-assistant engineer (mechanical) and three sub-assistant engineers (electrical) will be hired. These three posts are in the tenth grade, with a pay scale of 16,000 to 38,640 taka.
Candidates willing to sit for the examination can fill in the application form on the designated website. The application fee for general candidates is 223 taka.
The fee is lower for candidates from disadvantaged groups. Applicants from small ethnic communities, persons with disabilities and third-gender candidates will pay 56 taka.
The last date and time for submitting applications is 5pm on November 26, 2026. No applications will be accepted after the deadline, so interested candidates have been advised to complete their applications early.
