Mötley Crüe frontman Vince Neil's girlfriend, Rain Andreani, has been arrested on domestic assault charges. According to arrest records obtained by Fox News Digital from the Williamson County Sheriff's Office in Tennessee, Andreani was arrested on November 1 on domestic assault-related charges.

Andreani was released the next day on $5,000 bond. She is set to appear in court on December 3, according to the records.

A source told TMZ that Andreani struck Neil after an argument and also wrecked the singer's home. Neither Neil nor Andreani has commented publicly on the matter.

Neil, 65, and Andreani, 45, a celebrity makeup artist, began their relationship in 2011. The two have appeared alongside each other on numerous red carpets throughout the years.

In 2015, they participated in an episode of "Wife Swap" with musician Gunnar Nelson and his wife, Lila.

On Valentine's Day in February 2024, Neil wrote in Andreani's honor, "You're perfect @rainhannah_ How did I get so lucky? I love you my valentine."

Prior to his relationship with Andreani, Neil was married four times: to Beth Lynn from 1981 to 1985, Sharise Ruddell from 1987 to 1993, Heidi Mark from 2000 to 2001, and Lia Gerardini from 2005 to 2010.

Neil has three children. His son Neil, 48, is with his high school girlfriend, Tami Jones; his daughter Elle, 43, is with Lynn. His daughter Skylar, whom he shared with Ruddell, died in August 1995 at the age of four from kidney cancer.

Recalling his daughter in a 2010 episode of "Celebrity Ghost Stories," Neil said, "She had blonde hair, blue eyes and just a great smile. She looked like me. Everybody called her 'little Vince.'"

Neil rose to stardom as the lead singer of Mötley Crüe, becoming a household name after releasing albums such as "Too Fast for Love," "Shout at the Devil" and "Theater of Pain." He briefly left the band to pursue a solo career but returned in 1997. The band originally had a farewell tour in 2015, but they returned to touring in 2022 and continue to perform and release music.

In December 2024, the singer suffered a stroke so severe his doctors didn't believe he'd be able to walk again. Telling the Las Vegas Review-Journal in September 2025, he said, "My whole left side went out. I had to learn to walk again, and that was tough. The doctors said they didn't think I'd be able to go back on stage again. I go, 'No, no, I'm gonna do it. Watch and see.'"

In March 2025, the band decided to push back dates of their Las Vegas residency. Neil first returned to the stage in August 2025, performing at MGM Music Hall at Fenway in Boston with Bret Michaels. He and the rest of Mötley Crüe played the first rescheduled show of their Las Vegas residency in September 2025.
