E-rickshaw registration begins Monday in 13 city corporations: Mir Shahe Alam

Registration of e-rickshaws will begin on Monday (November 2) in the country's 13 city corporations, State Minister for Local Government Mir Shahe Alam has said.

The state minister said the registration would be granted in phases. Although the process starts on Monday, it will be carried forward step by step.

Mir Shahe Alam also said that, for now, all types of rickshaws will keep running even as registration begins — meaning the rickshaws currently in operation will continue plying for the time being.
