BOESL to Send 112 Workers to Malaysia at No Cost; Applications Open Until November 8

Staff Reporter

A total of 112 skilled male workers will be recruited for Malaysia at no migration cost through the state-run Bangladesh Overseas Employment and Services Limited (BOESL). BOESL announced this in a notice on Thursday (November 5).

According to the notice, the workers will be recruited as 'Operations Assistants' at Malaysia's DHL Supply Chain (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. The selected workers will receive a monthly basic salary of 1,700 Malaysian ringgit.

Interested candidates must be between 22 and 35 years old. The job term is three years, with work six days a week, eight hours a day. The employer will also provide overtime, accommodation, primary medical care and transport facilities.

Applications can be submitted through BOESL's designated online link from 10am on November 6 (today) until 4pm on November 8.

Initially, 300 candidates will be shortlisted through a software-based lottery. The employing company will then finally select 112 candidates through technical and oral tests.

BOESL said candidates will not have to spend any money at any stage of the recruitment, and advised everyone concerned to refrain from all kinds of financial transactions.
