The results of the 2026 HSC and equivalent examinations will be published today, Saturday (October 31), at 11am. The education boards say the results of all boards across the country will be released simultaneously.

Education and Primary and Mass Education Minister Dr A N M Ehsanul Haque Milon will formally release the results at the meeting room of the Secondary and Higher Education Division of the Ministry of Education.

The matter has been confirmed by Professor Syed Akhtaruzzaman, president of the Bangladesh Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee and chairman of the Dhaka Education Board.

As soon as the results are published, the results of all education boards will be available at once at the respective institutions and online. Students will also be able to collect their results from their own institutions.

To check results online, students must visit the education boards' designated websites: eduboardresults.gov.bd and educationboardresults.gov.bd. Results will also be available on the websites of the respective education boards.

Results can also be obtained by SMS on a mobile phone. To do so, type HSC, add a space, then the first three letters of the board's name, the roll number and the exam year, and send it to 16140. For example: HSC DHA 123456 2026 sent to 16140.

After the results are published, there will also be an opportunity to apply for re-scrutiny of answer scripts. Applications can be made online from November 1 to November 7. The application process and necessary instructions will be published on the websites of the respective education boards.

According to the education boards' notice, no results will be available in person at any education board, the Ministry of Education or newspaper offices. Students must rely on online, SMS or their own institutions to learn their results.
