Upay's Trainee Relationship Lead post open to applicants without experience too

Upay (UCB Fintech Company Limited) has published a recruitment notice. The subsidiary of United Commercial Bank (UCB) issued the notice to recruit manpower for the post of Trainee Relationship Lead. Applications have been open since yesterday, 7 November, and can be submitted until 20 November. Interested eligible candidates can apply online within the deadline.

The work of this post includes adding new retail agents, monitoring the activities of distribution houses (DH) and ensuring uninterrupted service at the customer level. Selected candidates will receive various other benefits as per the organisation's policies, in addition to the monthly salary.

A bachelor's degree in any subject is required as the educational qualification. Although at least 1 to 3 years of experience is sought, interested candidates can apply even without experience.

The job is contractual and office-based. Both male and female candidates can apply. The age limit is 25 to 35 years. The workplace can be anywhere in the country. The notice states that the number of posts is not fixed.

The salary is 40,000 to 55,000 taka per month. Other benefits include TA/DA, mobile bill allowance and internet bill allowance.
